We create a community and experience for people who want to explore the world of beer and craftsmanship of a local brewery.
We have a small 300l (2.5 US BBLs) brewery system built out of old Grundy tanks. This used to be a pilot system for a brewery in the UK in the 1970s. Somehow it made its way to Tobago where it was abandoned in Castara. Purchased and refurbished, it then found its way into our hands.
We have registered the company, have our bank account and have been given a place in Phoenix Park Industrial Estate. Unfortunately, the park has not yet been completed so we are (not so) patiently waiting.
Currently we are finalising the details of our membership club as we intend to sell to members initially and then excess can be purchased directly from us.
