Still waiting on PPIE

Sigh, we are still waiting on eTecK to have PPIE completed. I have been told that they are in the process of reviewing all the work done before signing off with the contractor. Once again, we are hoping that by the end of the year (December 2023) we will be given access to land.

Currently I am trying to arrange for the foundation design and the Outline Approval to be completed.
