It’s been a while, but things are still slowly progressing. On 8th Dec 2024 I submitted my application to Town & Country Planning Division for Outline Approval so that I can start construction. Nothing much had progressed with it by the middle of February, so I spoke with eTecK who contacted TCPD and they reviewed my application within a day. Unfortunately, they are now requesting a Certificate of Environmental Clearance from the EMA. Of course, the EMA needs something from TCPD before I can apply so I’ve applied for a “Status of Land” from TCPD.
